Description

Villa Velvet has an open plan ground floor with cathedral ceilings and wood flooring. The family room comfortably seats 8 and has 2 recliners, just perfect for relaxing in front of the 32" television and watching cable, a DVD or just listening to some music on the stereo after a day at the parks.

The elegant dining area seats 6 and looks out onto the pool area.  We also have additional seating in the kitchen area which is just right for morning coffee.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs and includes an electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with built in ice maker, a stove and plenty of silverware, cutlery and cookware. We also have picnic ware for poolside use.

The Master Bedroom suite is on the ground floor. This relaxing and cool room has an overhead fan, a television, hairdryer, radio alarm clock, and full length mirrored closets (no standing on the bed to see your lower half). This Beautiful room also has French Windows leading out to the pool area. The spacious en-suite has dual basin a bath tub and walk in shower

Going towards the garage we have a laundry area with a washing machine and tumble dryer, an iron and ironing board and a guest bathroom.

THE UPPER FLOOR

On the next floor we have a very comfortable front bedroom with views to the tree lined street. This elegant room has a large screen cable television, an alarm clock and hairdryer. The Dolphin room is beautifully decorated and has two single beds. This room is loved by children and adults alike and features an alarm clock and hairdryer and a large closet. The family bathroom includes a tub with shower.

The Floridian Style Loft, also on this floor, is a spacious games area with 28" TV, DVD, Playstation 2 & games, magnetic dartboard, foosball table and games and books for all ages. It also has a sofabed , which sleeps 2 children.

Pool Area

Our private, fully screened Pool and Spa are south facing. The Lanai ( covered patio ) is essential for alfresco meals and midday lounging, especially for the kids. The deck is spacious, great for soaking up the sun on the comfortable pool furniture and the kids love the pool toys. All doors leading to the pool area are alarmed for the little one's safety.

The spa is fabulous. If its relaxation you're after just step in and enjoy, you are on vacation after all.

Surrounding Area

Lindfields is a wonderful well-established community in the heart of the attractions area, yet quiet enough to enjoy those relaxing hours soaking up the sunshine by your private pool. Plus if you have time and the energy, nearby are many top quality golf and country clubs.

Lindfields offers wide boulevards, tranquil lakes and peaceful cul-de-sacs with little traffic.

Lindfields is only 4 miles from Disney Main Gates and so well positioned for Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, MGM and all Universal Theme Parks. There is a very useful shorcut into the Disney area cutting out huge amounts of traffic. It is so close that you can enjoy the parks in the morning, come back to Villa Velvet for a relaxed lunch and swim in the pool and then head back to the parks.
