living. Generous sized kitchen, fully-equipped with all modern
conveniences. Breakfast bar and stools. Separate utility with washer
and dryer. Lounge and Dining Rooms and Master Bedroom all have
sliding patio doors that open on to the swimming pool and deck area
with views over the conservation, wetlands area which gives a
private and secluded setting.
The villa is fully air-conditioned
throughout with ceiling fans in all rooms. Also has games room in
garage with pool table, foosball, and electronic dartboard.
All linens, towels are included.

also one mile from H27.
