Description
Located in Tuscan Ridge
near Disney (15min) this home as many upgrades including Pool Deck
with many upgrade such as 50" Plasma TV with HD Cable, BBQ, Games
Room and TV/DVD in all Bedrooms and the two Living rooms. We visit
the home twice a year and on every visit we upgrade something new
making this home different from most of the others that are just
left the same as they were purchased.
If you like Tennis
there is a court available free to our guests (to hot for me) and
with the pool extension we have upgrade all the pool furniture so
you can relax around the pool and enjoy a splash in the pool. There
is also a outside shower.
There are two living
rooms one with a PS2 the other with a 50" Plasma linked up with High
Definition TV Cable and sound system (great for watching movies.
Wireless broadband is
installed.

Deck with luxury pool furniture and a large Gas BBQ also you can
pipe music to the Pool area (grate for those evening drinks by the
pool.
Surrounding Area
Situated just
North
of the I4 on the 27 is ideally located for Golf and Disney this area
is fast becoming the preferred location away from the noisy
Kissimmee and tacky 192 area
