Appledore is conveniently situated in the peaceful gated community
of “Legacy Park”. Only 15 minutes from Disney and 30 minutes from
Universal you’ll find the locations perfect for everything Orlando
has to offer. We have tastefully furnished all 3261 Sq. ft of our
beautiful single storey villa to a very high specification, and
we’re confident that you’ll agree we have paid attention to even the
smallest details inside and out. Fully air conditioned, plus ceiling
fans throughout, lockbox entry system, fully alarmed. With child
safety in mind each door leading to the pool is alarmed and the pool
has a child safety screen.

Description
There are two main living areas.
The Family Room. This spacious room is equipped with a 44”
Cable/Satellite TV, DVD/VCR player, stereo radio/CD player. PS2.
There is ample seating in the comfortable sofas and easy chairs.
Patio doors open onto pool area.
The Lounge. Here, you can sit quietly and unwind, away from the
distractions of the television, or perhaps play one of the board
games which are provided for your enjoyment. There is a sofa bed (2
persons) available in this room. Patio doors open onto pool area.
Dining Area. There is a separate area with a formal dining table.
The Kitchen. Fully fitted with every conceivable appliance (dish
washer, electric oven and hob, large fridge/freezer (ice maker),
integrated microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer etc), telephone
(FREE NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL CALLS).
The Nook. Relax eating breakfast overlooking the pool.
The Utility Room. Off of the kitchen the laundry has a washer,
dryer, iron and ironing board. There is plenty of room to hang
washing.
Triple Garage/Games Room. We have converted part of the garage
into a games room with a pool table, table tennis table, electronic
dart board and electronic basketball. There is a separate drinks
fridge. All this - and still plenty of room to park your car out of
that hot sunshine!
The Master Bedroom - en suite. There is a King size bed, telephone,
cable/satelite TV, clock radio/alarm, one large walk in wardrobe,
and a further linen closet that is shelved and can also be used.
Patio doors leading directly to the pool. The large en suite has his
'n' hers wash basin, large oval shaped bath, and a large walk in
shower. Separate WC. Hair dryer. Straightners.
Bedroom 2. Queen sized bed. Cable/satelite TV, clock radio/alarm.
large wardrobe. This bedroom has it\'s own bathroom, with WC, single
wash basin and large walk in shower. There is a door that leads
directly to the pool.
Bedroom 3. Full bedroom - En suite bathroom. WC, single wash basin,
bath with overhead shower. TV.
Bedrooms 4 & 5 Twin. TV Fitted wardrobe.
Jack and Jill bathroom (between the two twins) WC, Single wash

Pool Details
One of the main
features of the villa is fabulous south-west facing pool (15 x 30ft)
with it’s extended decking area. There is an ‘L’ shaped Lanai with
two ceiling fans should you need a rest from that wonderful Florida
sunshine. We have upgraded all of the patio furniture and the
larger than average table will allow your whole party to enjoy that
mouth watering bar-b-que together. The pool has a removable safety
screen so that young children cannot access the pool, and each door
leading to the pool is alarmed for your added peace of mind. Even
with the screen in place the decking is still not crowded and there
are enough chairs for everyone!
Surrounding Area
Appledore is
located on the prestigious Legacy Park Community in Davenport just
off Hwy192 on Hwy27.
Disney is 15 mins and Universal and
Sea World 30 mins.
Both Orlando International (40 mins)
and Sanford Airport (60 mins) are easily accessible.
If you are hoping to take in a round
of golf, there are around 150 golf courses in Florida, and just 5
minutes away at Champions Gate there are 2 Championship golf
courses. There is a set of golf clubs for use of our guests.
Just 5 minutes along Hwy 192 you’ll
find every conceivable restaurant catering for each and every taste
and pocket.
Less than 5 minutes drive from the
villa is either a Publix or Wal Mart Supermarket, Walgreaves drug
store (24 hour) and a wide variety of take-a-ways and a bank.
Appledore is just 1 hour from
Kennedy Space Center on the East Coast. It is also just an hour away
from Clearwater, Busch Gardens and the beautiful Gulf beaches on the
West Coast.
Situated close to nature and conservation areas as well as being
very close to the shops and restaurants, Appledore is in the perfect
location to create a memorable holiday of a lifetime in the lovely
