selection of books & games. We have two sets of sliding doors*
leading out to the lanai (covered patio) and pool area.

floor is the second suite comprising of a queen bed, Cable TV and en
suite bathroom.
The garage has been
converted to a games room with Foosball table, Air Hockey table,
electronic basketball game and TV/DVD (not connected for TV) with
PlayStation One (will be upgraded at a later date) and selection of
games.
A utility room with
washer, dryer, iron & ironing board.
First floor
Master Suite - King
size bed, Cable TV, walk in closet and en suite bathroom with twin
vanity sinks.
The 3 remaining
bedrooms are twins and share the house bathroom. The bedrooms are
themed with children in mind, Mickey & Minnie, Winnie the Pooh and
Scooby Doo complete with giant Scooby.
To the rear of the
house we have the pool area with a 28ft x 14ft pool with in ground
spa (heating optional for both), extended deck with sun loungers and
chairs and covered lanai area with table & chairs.
As you would expect the
villa is fully air conditioned and all rooms have ceiling fans
including the games room and lanai. All towels, linen, cutlery &
crockery (including plastic ware for the pool area) are provided.
We also have wi-fi
internet for guests who wish to bring their laptop.
*all doors are
alarmed for safety & doors leading to pool area also have safety
fences installed.

facing pool with in ground spa and extended deck area. Ample luxury
sun loungers and chairs.
Surrounding Area
Although we are in a
quiet gated community, the villa is just off US192 so it is close to
hundreds of shops, restaurants, attractions and golf courses.
We are appx 10 mins
from Disney, 15 mins from Sea World, Aquatica & Discovery Cove and
25-30 mins from Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure.
