a total of 3 full bathrooms on this level.
The villa has wireless
broadband internet access and a set of 3 cordless phones that can be
used to call unlimited and for free to anywhere in the USA Canada,
Puerto Rico, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Spain and Italy (does
not include mobile phones outside of US)
This wonderful Florida
villa is located in the most sought after area near Disney in
Windsor Hills resort. A secure gated and guarded community. This
resort boasts a large community pool/spa with slides, Clubhouse,
gym, games room, table tennis, basketball, volleyball, video arcade,
shop, a lake, private cinema etc etc, All this just a very short
drive to the nearest Disney Park. You simply will not want to
leave!!

Pool Area
Larger than average
pool deck area with lights and a ceiling fan in the shady lanai
area. Lots of comfortable sun lounges chairs and tables. The pool
deck is finished with attractive block pavers and not the usual
plain concrete slab. There is a safety fence for the protection of
small children (this can be removed if required) The pool access
doors from the villa are also fitted with a child alarm. The large
pool has a spa attached and both pool and spa have underwater
lighting for evening swimming and atmosphere. The complete pool and
deck area is fully enclosed with a screen that will still allow the
sun through but will assist with keeping out those early evening
bugs.
Surrounding Area
Windsor Hills is
located just off US 192 highway in Kissimmee. US 192 is famous for
it's abundance of shopping dining and minor attractions as well as
being the main route through Kissimmee and linking all major
highways. Getting to and from the parks from here is a breeze, just
about as close as you can get to Disney and Seaworld, Wet and Wild,
Universal also within a short drive
