Mickeys Watersong Villa is a brand new 2 storey home available from September 2008 on the exclusive gated community of Watersong.

Our luxury home  has 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms and has been upgraded throughout to a very high standard.  Our home has 2 Living Areas, 2 Dining Areas, Laundry Room and Games Room and not forgetting that all important upgraded 30x15ft south west facing pool and spa !

As our home is also on a conservation lot you have some wonderful views from the pool and spa area of the woodland and lake behind.   Why not sit at night after a hectic day at the theme parks and watch the sunset from the spa.

We have also provided free for our guests, board games, DVDs, CDs, Xbox 360 games and books for either lazy days by the oversized pool or fun family nights in with the children.

We have 2 sitting areas, one more formal that is just off the dining room where you can sit and relax with a glass of wine and chat after a wonderful meal or snuglle up with a DVD on the large screen TV provided. The other living area is what we call the family room. In here you will find a large flat screen Cable TV with DVD player, the Xbox 360 with wireless controllers, books, board games, DVDs and more.

As well as the formal dining area, we have another dining area/nook just off the kitchen with a large marble table for relaxing breakfasts or snacks. The Kitchen is just one of the rooms that has been fully upgraded with everything that you would expect from a luxury home and to make your stay with us perfect, from the large american fridge freezer with ice and water dispenser right  down  to the important bottle openers !

We also have a Laudery room with large washer and drier and in here you will find plenty of pool towels that have been provided as well as the iron and ironing board.  just past the Laundery room you will come across the games room with pool table, ping pong, electronic basketball game and an electric air hockey table.

Our home has 2 large Master Suites with 4 poster beds, a further 2 Queen Suites with large Queen beds with wonderful luxury mattresses, closets and en-suites and the other 2 bedrooms have been themed perfectly for the children. Both childrens rooms sleep 3 children in each, have closets and plenty of drawer space. All 6 bedrooms have Cable TVs and DVD players in them.

We have also supplied hairdryers and hair straighteners in our bathrooms.

Do you enjoy a game or 2 of golf ? Then Mickeys Watersong Villa couldn't be better placed. We are right on the doorstep to many of Orlando's best courses from Providence right next door to the awe inspiring courses designed by Greg Norman and Jack Niclaus only minutes away at reunion and Champions Gate.

Pool Area

The Pool and Spa are South West facing and have wonderful views of the area behind that includes trees and a lake. The pool has been upgraded to a 30x15ft pool with raised spa, perfect to relax in on those warm summer months. If you want a swim in winter then that will be possible too with the upgraded gas heater we have installed.

The Lania has also been upgraded to cover the entire length of the house, so if that Floridian sunshine gets too hot there are plenty of cool spots to escape too. Perfect for the kids and adults alike. If you prefer to soak up those rays then you will find plenty of padded sun loungers around the pool and spa area. You will also find out here a 2 dining tables where you can choose to eat al-fresco whilst watching the wildlife go about their days and a conversation set for enjoying a glass of wine.

We have also provided for or guests FREE International and Local Calls, FREE Wireless internet so bring your laptop, FREE use of the brand new baby equipment which includes baby alrams, cot, high chair, strollers and booster seats.

Our guests also get FREE use of all the amenities offered by our clubhouse here at Watersong which include concierge service, a fitness suite and cyber cafe !
