the central feature of the landscaped grounds. You’ll be able to top
up your tan as the pool and lanai are soaked with sun shine from mid
morning till sunset.

large bedroom with twin beds. The furniture includes a bedside table
with lamp and a large chest. Additionally, it has a built-in
wardrobe, and a separate en-suite with bath, shower, vanity sink and
separate toilet. This room contains a flat screen HD TV with
built-in DVD player
- Bedroom 4 - A
large room with twin beds. The furniture includes a bedside table
with lamp and a tall chest. Additionally, it has a built-in

An alternative styled bedroom with a Japanese style low profile
Queen size bed. The furniture includes 2 bedside tables with lamps
and a tall chest. Additionally, it has a built-in wardrobe, and a

- Bedroom 6 -
The entertainment bedroom contains metal framed bunk beds with the
lower bed converting into a sofa seat. The furniture includes a
small chest table with lamp and a walk-in wardrobe. It has a TV
cabinet housing a flat screen HD TV, a PS3 with games, and a DVD
player. Additionally, it has a separate en-suite with shower, vanity
sink and separate toilet. This en-suite is shared with bedroom 4
with each room having its own access lockable door.
- Nook -
Internet ready desktop computer, small printer, desk, lamp and
leather chair. There is also a futon/sofa bed and small side table
with lamp. The futon/sofa bed provides the additional 2 guest
non-private sleeping space

For guests bringing
very young children we have provided a high chair, stroller, baby

last minute information needed to fully enjoy Orlando. Remember to
collect the free coupon books available in the main foyer as these
will enable you to get a wide range of discounts on attraction
tickets, shopping vouchers and money off coupons for selected
eateries.

Location:
Our rental villa is conveniently located just minutes away from the
many world famous attractions at Disney, Universal Studios, Wet &
Wild and Seaworld. If you fancy doing something different you will
find Helicopter Rides, Fun Fairs, Golf and Bowling also within 10
minutes drive from the resort.
Location:
If you want some retail therapy at great prices look no further than
the great shopping malls at Point Orlando, Premium Outlets and The
Florida Mall, which are all within a 20 minute drive.
Location:
If you are looking to enjoy fine cuisine there are a plethora of
dining venues on offer ranging from great value buffets to gourmet
restaurants. We have a personal favourite Manny’s Restaurant, for
those who enjoy a great steak at great price; it’s a bit of a drive
to get there but in our opinion well worth it.
Being in a central
location for all the wonders of Orlando is essential. BellaVida will
not disappoint as it is located just off the US 192 behind Medieval
Times in the heart of all the action.
